My fridge has never looked this healthy ever! Usually it has leftover take-away and beer in it!

      • that is a good transition to make, you need protein to rebuild muscle and generally keep functioning 🙂 and purely juicing you get a lot of sugar and lose some of the fibre-y goodness. But as a kick start…if it works then that is good 🙂

  1. Been eating like this for about two weeks now. It’s a love-hate thing. Haha! But gotta be healthy 🙂
