      • I recommend you build a salad bar box like I did today! This thing rocks. And if you have time read The China Study by T. Colin Campbell. I am also interested in knowing where you got your motivation to do your journey.

      • That sounds like a great idea! In terms of my motivation, well that can from going and finding myself in Africa, realizing the journey that I was currently on although was great could be a lot better. I do well for myself but there was a missing piece and it is the same missing piece that I have always had, I was unhealthy and facing the prospect of an early grave and not fulfilling my potential. I want to be the best that I can be πŸ™‚

  5. Your photos are amazing! I’m sooo happy that juicing is working for you!! Watching Joe Cross’s documentary Fat, Sick, and Nearly dead is the what started me changing how I eat, and in case you are thinking/planning about what to do after juicing, I wanted to quickly recommend a few things I’ve come across that have also changed my life: the documentary Fork over Knives, and Hungry for Change (Joe Cross makes an appearance in this one), and the books: 80/10/10 by Douglas Graham, and Wheat Belly by William Davis. I’m looking forward to your future success, you are a motivational force now for me and everyone following your inspiring blog!

  6. Thanks for checking out my blog. Enjoy this time on your journey. As the weight dissolves you will find parts of self that have long been buried. Embrace them. May you have continued success, and once you do reach your goal you will find that you are at the beginning of a whole new chapter of your life.

    • Thank you πŸ™‚ I like looking through them to remind me of the hard work that I have put in and how far I need to go, great for a motivational pick me up!

    • Thanks C, I am a believer in everyone making their own luck so as long as you identify your goal, put a strategic plan in place and drive after it relentlessly you will see the results that you want. πŸ™‚
